Maryann Tsai is the Founder and driving force behind Reach Her Inc., and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and inclusive communities. Her journey is shaped by resilience, lived experience, and an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for others.

Born to migrant parents, Maryann grew up witnessing firsthand the cultural and systemic barriers her family navigated. These experiences deeply informed her understanding of the challenges faced by women—particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds—who are often excluded from equitable employment and leadership opportunities.

Motivated to create change, Maryann founded Reach Her Inc. in 2022 as a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women through wellbeing, leadership, and employment pathway programs. Under her leadership, Reach Her Inc. has supported hundreds of women, created thousands of hours of paid work opportunities, and launched transformative initiatives including the Reach Her Business School and Mentorship Program.

A TEDx speaker and bestselling author, Maryann continues to use her voice to advocate for gender equality, economic empowerment, and social inclusion. Her work reflects a deep belief that when women are supported to thrive, families strengthen and communities flourish.
