Reach Her Inc was founded by Maryann Tsai with a deep passion to empower women from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to build confidence, develop skills, and pursue self-employment pathways. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating career uncertainty and cultural expectations, Maryann understood how isolating and overwhelming these barriers can be.

Her journey was not linear. Like many women, she faced periods of self-doubt, career pivots, and personal challenges that shaped her perspective on resilience and growth. Through these experiences, she recognised the importance of mentorship, supportive communities, and access to practical skills. She saw that many women—particularly those from culturally diverse backgrounds—had the potential to succeed but lacked the guidance, networks, and confidence to take the next step.

Motivated to create change, Maryann established Reach Her Inc as a community-driven organisation focused on supporting women to move from uncertainty to confidence, and from ideas to sustainable self-employment.

Maryann’s vision is simple yet powerful: to create inclusive spaces where women feel supported, valued, and equipped to pursue their goals. Through Reach Her Inc, she continues to advocate for opportunities that empower women to build their own pathways, strengthen their communities, and create lasting impact.
